By far the best and easiest service, taxipost gets your parcel directly to your doorstep in record time or at your local post office.
We usually ship the same day or next work day following the order.

Bricks For Kids cannot be held responsible if the delay is longer than foreseen.
Available for Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg and The Netherlands.
This service is normally intended for business mail. It is fast and affordable.
WARNING: Do make sure you will be at home the day of delivery or give the address of your work or anyone able to receivee the parcel upon delivery.

Kiala Relay Points
Only available in Belgium, the Kiala delivery service is the cheapest but also the slowest shipping solution.
You can choose to receive your parcel in any of the hundreds of relay points accross Belgium.
Count 5 to 7 days to be delivered in a Kiala Relay Point near you.
Once your order has been placed, will will transfer your name and address to Kiala.

Before each order, please make sure the shipping address and phone number that you provided is correct.
Be as specific as possible in the address you give us in order to avoid any inconvenience in the delivery process.
In addition to your own address, we can also deliver to a relative, friend, or your workplace.
For this, you can create multiple addresses in your account manager.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

If the shipment is a parcel, you will receive the tracking number and website address of the selected shipping service.

If you are not present or are unable to receive your package at the first delivery attempt, a calling card will be left in your mailbox.
The calling card will either mention a phone number to contact in order to organize a second delivery or the address where you can collect your parcel.
If you do not collect the parcel in time, it will be returned to us at your charge.
My package is late ...
If, despite all the attention we brought to your order, a delay of delivery occurred, Bricks For Kids will do it's best to help you retrieve your parcel as soon as possible.
Yet, we cannot be held responsible for delays in transport services.
If you have not received the parcel within the time announced, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you track it's location .
Parcel Verification upon Delivery and Returns
Bricks For Kids ensures that packages are properly packaged with great care. If, however, a product should arrive in poor condition, the user is required to accept the package and make reservations (be as specific as possible) on the delivery note.
It is mandatory to keep a copy of the consignment note on which you made reservations!
Subsequently, contact Bricks For Kids immediately or no later than the next business day following the delivery of your package .
If the conditions mentioned above are not met, Bricks For Kids will take no action on any claim whatsoever.
No packages should be returned before first contacting Bricks For Kids and receiving a return code. For any breach of this condition, a fee may be charged to you. (See conditions of sale)
